Please note that Cornerstone Design Studio is not the owner or publisher of Homegrown Magazine and does not sell or manage advertising space. Advertisement placement, pricing, deadlines, and publication details are handled directly through Oconee Farm Collective.

Design work will not begin until the Design Deposit has been received.
Design Pricing
A $100 non-refundable design deposit is required before work begins. This deposit reserves production time for your project and includes the first hour of design services.
Additional design time beyond the first hour is billed at $50 per hour.
Upon completion of the project, total design time will be calculated and invoiced. Any remaining balance is due upon approval of the final design and before print-ready files are released.
Most Homegrown advertisements typically require between 2 and 6 hours of total design time depending on the amount of content provided, design complexity, and revisions requested.

• Cornerstone Design Studio provides advertisement design services only.
• Cornerstone Design Studio does not sell or manage Homegrown Magazine advertising space.
• A $100 non-refundable Design Deposit is required before design work begins and includes the first hour of design services.
• Additional design time is billed at $50 per hour, beyond the first hour.
• Final print-ready files will be released after all balances have been paid.
• The hourly rate includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or substantial content changes may require additional billable design time.
• Cornerstone Design Studio is not responsible for missed publication deadlines resulting from late content submissions, delayed approvals, or incomplete information provided by the advertiser.
